Apparently, Lexus felt the $375,000 LFA supercar wasn't quite exclusive enough because they've released some pictures and preliminary information on the LFA Special Edition. So, will this be to the LFA what the Spec V is to the Nissan GT-R?
Not much is known, but the changes seem to be largely academic. Some ECU work frees up ten extra horsepower bringing the total to 570. Shift times have been shortened from .20 seconds to .15. The most apparent changes are the canards on the front bumper and the fixed wing bolted to the trunk. The suspension is a little racier too and new wheels are shod in grippier rubber. Pricing is not known yet, but expect a hefty premium over the standard LFA.
