Video of ex-Ecurie Ecosse XK120 with Jay Leno at the wheel.
Whether your interest in cars extends to classics or not I suspect there are few petrolheads who would turn down a chance to drive in the Mille Miglia. Jay Leno certainly didn't when Jaguar asked him if he would like to take part. Teamed with Jaguar designer Ian Callum in an ex Ecurie Ecosse XK120, Jay recorded this documentary for his Jay Leno's Garage you tube channel. With contributions from legend Sir Stirling Moss, and rockstar petrolhead Brian Johnson it really captures the event properly unlike a certain documentary by a celebrity chef a few years ago. Perhaps the best part is a voice of Martin Brundle expertly explainng what it is like to drive a D Type Jaguar - clearly very quickly - on the event. The voice over is is set to beautiful aerial footage of the D Type weaving through the Tuscan roads.
