The Allure of the Automobile exhibit at the High Museum in Atlanta has some rather special cars on display...
The American Le Mans series has organized a special event this weekend in support of the Allure of the Automobile exhibit at the High Museum in Atlanta. It's called the Family Showcase and they were able to gather some rather special iron to put on display. It just so happens that my Dad works across the street from the High, so being the enterprising young journalist that he is (okay, he's an architect), he ran over to snap some shots for Drive Cult.
On display were the 2006, 2007 and 2008 LMP2 Championship-winning Porsche RS Spyder cars, a 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB serial number 8869 and a 1959 Lister Jaguar serial number BHL-120. Drive Cult will be traveling to Atlanta in a few weeks time to take in the entire exhibit, so watch this space.
